Terms and Conditions

1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing, booking, or purchasing any services, plans, or products, you ("the Client") agree to these Terms, Conditions, and Policies ("Terms"). All services and plans are non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser unless explicitly authorized in writing.

Individual Services:

  • Meditation Sessions (45 minutes)

  • One-on-One Coaching Sessions

  • The Reset and Breakthrough Intensive

  • Personal Training and Movement Sessions

 

Group Services:

  • Workshops and Seminars

  • Group Meditation Sessions

  • Community Events

  • Retreats

 

Digital Products:

  • Online Courses

  • Digital Meditation Libraries

  • Downloadable Resources

  • E-books and Guides

 

Service Delivery Methods
In-Person Services:

  • Client’s Location:

    • Safe, private space required

    • Travel fees: $1 per minute beyond 10 minutes from the studio

    • Address required during booking

  • Studio Sessions

  • Retreat Locations

Virtual Services:

  • Live Online Sessions

  • Digital Course Access

  • Virtual Workshops

  • Online Community Events

 

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

Individual Sessions

  • Sessions can be booked up to 30 days in advance.

  • A minimum of 12-hour notice is required for booking changes.

  • Sessions are limited to the quantity available in your plan.

  • All bookings are subject to instructor availability.

Workshop and Retreat Registration

  • Early bird pricing may be available.

  • Minimum participant requirements apply.

  • Maximum capacity is enforced.

  • Waitlist options are available for full events.

 

 

3. Thanks babeCancellation and Rescheduling

Individual Sessions:

  • 24-hour notice required.

  • Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee.

  • No-shows will incur the full fee.

  • Emergency exceptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops:

  • 14 days or more: Full refund.

  • 7–13 days: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund.

  • Transfers to another participant may be allowed with approval.

Retreats:

  • 60+ days: Full refund, minus the deposit.

  • 30–60 days: 50% refund, minus the deposit.

  • Less than 30 days: No refund.

  • Travel arrangements are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Plans and Memberships

Individual Session Plans

  • 3-Pack: Valid for 3 months.

  • 5-Pack: Valid for 6 months.

  • Coaching Plans: Double the plan duration.

  • Custom plans available upon request.

Digital Access

  • Course access: 12 months from purchase.

  • Lifetime access options available.

  • Download limits may apply.

  • Platform access requirements specified.

Extensions and Holds

  • Maximum 6-month hold for medical or work travel.

  • Documentation required.

  • Written request needed.

  • Approval granted at discretion.

5. Payment and Pricing

Payment Terms

  • Upfront or scheduled payments accepted.

  • Payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Credit Card (3% fee).

  • Payment plans available for select offerings.

  • Failure to complete payments may result in plan termination.

Refund Policies
Services:

  • Individual sessions: Non-refundable.

  • Workshops: Refunds per cancellation policy.

  • Retreats: Tiered refund structure.

  • Special circumstances reviewed case by case.

Digital Products:

  • No refunds after access is granted.

  • Technical issues will be addressed.

  • 48-hour satisfaction guarantee for eligible products.

6. Client Responsibilities

Health and Safety

  • Disclose relevant health conditions.

  • Update on any health changes.

  • Follow all safety guidelines.

  • Wear appropriate attire and bring necessary equipment.

Code of Conduct

  • Maintain respectful communication.

  • Arrive on time for sessions.

  • Adhere to community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Digital Content

  • For personal use only.

  • Redistribution is prohibited.

  • Copyright protections apply.

Course Materials

  • Downloading and sharing are restricted.

  • Proper citation is required for any use of materials.

8. Privacy and Data

Information Collection

  • Personal details, payment information, and health records may be collected.

Data Protection

  • Data is securely stored and shared only as necessary.

  • Clients can request data deletion.

9. Membership Benefits

Standard Benefits

  • Discounts on workshops.

  • Early registration access.

  • Buddy passes.

  • Community forums.

Digital Benefits

  • Access to a resource library.

  • Exclusive member-only content.

  • Priority support.
